Museum on Main Street is a partnership project of the Smithsonian Institution, state humanities councils, and rural museums across America. Museum on Main Street brings Americans one-of-a-kind access to prestigious Smithsonian exhibitions and first-rate educational programs. The Museum on Main Street circulates Smithsonian exhibits focusing on topics of national history. To date, these exhibits have inspired awareness of local history on a variety of subjects.
	Our local project is planning many thing: Tours, building a Fence at the Library, fence competitions, photo exhibition, mapping, local music, guest lectures, collections, walking, biking, poetry, book and film discussions, just to name a few of the possibilities@ the library!
